1) What We Collect

Account: name, email, company, and anything you choose to share.
Billing: payment details are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
Usage: IP address, device/browser info, timestamps, product interactions, API calls, logs/telemetry for reliability and security.
Session Recording (optional): if you enable recording or replay, we may capture on-screen interactions for debugging and product improvement. Please avoid capturing sensitive data.
Support: messages, attachments, and feedback.

2) Why We Use Data

Provide, maintain, and secure the Services.
Operate your account, process payments, and deliver customer support.
Monitor for abuse and keep the platform reliable.
Improve features and user experience.
Communicate product updates and tips (you can unsubscribe).
Comply with legal obligations.

3) Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies and analytics to understand product usage and improve performance. You can control cookies in your browser, but some features may not work without them.

4) Session Replay and Retention

If enabled, recordings are stored for a short period (e.g., ~30 days) to help you debug workflows. You can delete recordings earlier or turn the feature off at any time.

If you capture end-user data, you're responsible for providing notices/consents and for minimizing sensitive information.

5) Sharing Information

We share personal data with:

Service providers: hosting, analytics, support, email, payments (e.g., Stripe). They only use data to provide services to us.
Integrations you connect: governed by their own policies.
Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, protect rights, and prevent abuse.
Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or similar event.

We may share aggregated or de-identified insights that don't identify you.

6) Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data. No service is 100% secure—please use strong passwords, protect API keys, and restrict access.

7) Your Choices and Rights

You can access and update your profile in your account and unsubscribe from non-essential emails.

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or object to certain processing. Contact us and we'll respond per applicable law.

We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8) International Transfers

If you use the Services from outside the United States, your data may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate, which may have different laws.

9) Data Retention

We keep data as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes (security, compliance, and dispute resolution). Example retention: account/profile data while your account is active; billing records per legal requirements; session recordings ~30 days if enabled.

10) AI and Model Training

We don't use your customer content (like session data or logs) to train general-purpose AI models without your opt-in consent.

11) Changes to this Policy

We'll post updates here and update the Effective date. Material changes will be highlighted when feasible. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
